"continuation: My daughter began to tear up since she behaves so well that rarely her own parents have to get on to her, to have this manager attempt to reprimand her was beyond unethical. I told the associate that was checking me out that her associate was rude and did not need to tell me daughter anything, when she told me that was the manager,i was in utter disbelief!!I told them that she was not doing anything bad and now she had made her cry,she just yelled out well I’m sorry i just didn’t want her tangling anything up!I told her that nothing was tangled and that everything was in order. I was completely frustrated with the way that this manager carried herself and how she made my daughter so distraught over nothing!Very unprofessional,unfriendly! I can guarantee you that she probably thought that I did not speak English.i wonder if she does that to everyone she thinks that about.My daughter nor I or my family will ever return to this store again.for Heavens sakes she is scared now"

"I feel that more employees are needed so that the store appearance would improve! It is not unusual to see clothes on the floor! Sometimes the clothes area is so junky! It's very difficult to find my size as the sizes are all mingled in with other sizes. Just a big mess at times! Most times though! Junky!"
"It was great I love looking around all the different sections and see all the different styles looking in the new department that they have four for home and accessories cute little things that I haven't seen anywhere else the workers are very polite and great when It came to check out time"
"One of the outside rug sticks up and is going to trip someone when they walk in. It is the one on the right as you walk in! Needs to be replaced. I am handicapped and will probalby be the one! I do watch where I walk but there are other elderly folks that shop BEALL'S! I will always call this store this! Dont like the name STAGE!"
"The store personnel are always friendly. Specially since it's in my town and I know most of the workers. I have never had any problems except when they are out of my size. I believe the Henderson Store has improved for the better over the years. I know they constantly changing to make things more appealing to the customers."
