"The associate was checking a difficult client out (ahead of me). She was kind, patient, and apologetic to the client. The lady was rude to the associate. The associate called the manager over but the rude client left in a huff because she didn't read the coupon and thought she should be able to utilize it anyway. She insisted that the associate scan the coupon (as if the associate was trying to cheat her out of using it). The coupon would not work on the item and the lady was rude to the associate/clerk. The associate handled the entire situation with a smile and a calm attitude. I think she should be applauded for dealing with such a rude customer/client."
