"I went to purchase an item the week prior (Thursday) due to a bonus offer. The registers were down at that time so I was unable to make the purchase. I was unable to get back to the store during that week. When I went back they told me the offer was over, so I didn't get the bonus. The associate assisting me normally doesn't work in that dept. but was very friendly and asked another associate about the situation. She wasn't quite as friendly about it. They also had a problem getting a online gift card to process. The 1st associate called over the 2nd again and asked for assistance. She told me the card was invalid. I had checked the balance prior to shopping. She did finally get it to go through. That was a plus. I needed the item purchased but was still a little aggravated about the bonus situation as not everyone can go to the store everyday because your equipment is down. However, I normally have a good experience at this store."
"The associate who assisted me with check-out was incredibly helpful, polite and wanted to make certain she helped me get the best value with the coupons I had. I so appreciated her attitude and professionalism. She is an asset to this store!"
"Associates did not greet. Also when checking out other associates did not help the associate that was checking, the associate that was checking had yo ask for help when clearly the other associate saw she needed help. I believe even managers should step in and help check or whatever is needed."
