"There were 2 sales women trying to cover the entire store. Both were checking costumers out. Once they could they came over to get the Estte Lauder item I needed. They remained calm, but having been in their situation I know how unfair it is. I imagine that some sales were lost because people needed help on the floor or got tired of waiting to be checked out."

"I would really appreciate if someone looked at the cameras as I checked out/made my purchase today. Never in my entire life, have I been so mistreated at a store in my hometown, as I was today. I was asking simple questions but associate Bonnie #001844596 who checked me out today (11/25/19) at 5:01pm not only YELLED at me but also THREW things about as I was asking a simple price question. As you can imagine, during this time of year stores are crowded & customers leave things thrown about & I wanted to make sure of prices before my purchase. I understand Bonnie might be overwhelmed but that is no excuse to YELL at me & toss/throw things out of frustration because they were not in there proper place, making me think the discount would be a different one. I have been a loyal Stage customer for many years but I will NEVER return to Stage after the way I was mistreated by this very angry employee. I was not only offended but hurt by her actions."
