"At first, we had trouble finding clothes. We almost went elsewhere until we finally found what we were looking for. The products we purchased were pretty decent. My father saw them and wants some for himself. The store manager was welcoming and respectful. She checked us out when another employee was wasting time talking to a customer instead of helping us. We left the store as satisfied customers."

"I love stage stores and the Lufkin store has exceptional staff. My visit was awesome right up until my order was rung up. I had purchased 2 $50 gift cards in addition to merchandise and hence my troubles began. The register requested authorization for one of the gift cards as it had an invalid number. Linda was my clerk. She tried several times to proceed and the register was frozen. It would not let us finish or even start over. Randi came over and tried to help Linda and proceeded to call customer service to get authorization. 45 minutes later, customer service still had not gotten to her call. Randi rebooted the register and was able to recheck my purchases and gift cards. She and Linda were very apologetic to me. Please fix your customer service phone line so that your store associates can reach you in a timely manner. This was embarrassing to both me and your store associates as others had to be redirected to another register because of my purchases. I felt at fault."
