"This visit was not as great as my husband and I are accustomed to when shopping at this store. Staff member who was working register when we made our purchase was not friendly and did not seem willing to fill out tax exempt form my husband is eligible for since he is a disabled veteran. I had to mention sales prices and text discount on items I bought. Like 50% on a couple of things which is a pretty big deal."

"I texted the code posted through out the women’s department for 40% off my purchase. The young lady assisting me was struggling. There were 2 ladies behind the partition behind her chatting on and on, griping about something or another. The young lady ended up having to redo my purchase and I ended up not receiving my 40% discount. I chose to leave w less than I originally was going to purchase and did so for the purpose of not causing the young lady any more distress."
