"Stage is my go to place to shop"

"We have been shopping at Stage since it opened in Mena, Arkansas. We depend on it for clothing and home items we can afford. I opened a charge account and made payments until it was paid off. Now I have a charge account again in order to purchase clothes for my spouse and myself that we can’t afford with cash."

"The only positive person we encountered during our visit was John. He took time to search for the account and complete my exchange. Then he saved me nearly $40 on my other purchase. The first lady, Tracy,was very rude because I was trying to make an exchange w/o receipt. She had John come over and pretty much threw her arms up and walked away without even so much as a thank you and he will take care of you. Very rude!! JOHN however,was super! He was able to look up the account and even ended up saving me $39.44 on my separate purchase (not the exchange) KUDOS to John!! Very professional and courteous!! He is the only reason I scored the store as high as I did!! Need more like him and less like her!!"
