"It was very disheartening to be excited about shopping only to be told you don't exist in the system. Apparently your system was not working correctly. I had not received my card yet in the mail, having just opened the account the week prior. Phone number, SS#, address, all failed to locate my account and make it usable. I was not impressed and frustrated. The week prior I bought a lot of items, opened the account, received some great discounts. This week, I was not able to buy what I came for or to use my coupons all because your system was not functioning. The store associated tried repeatedly to call in - the store manager also tried and finally I was told sorry, nothing we can do. Not a good start."
