"I was disappointed that after receiving a coupon via text message that the store did not honor it. I received a coupon for a percentage off any clearance item. I purchased 2 pairs of shoes . One was simply on sale and the other was on a rack in back of the store with many other shoes that were on clearance. But when i checked out the sales associate stated that the pair of shoes weren't on clearance, but simply marked down?? Not on sale, but a mark down? So whats the difference ??? Unpleasant shopping experience. This seems like a bait and switch tactic. I could have shopped for both brands of shoes at practically any other retailer at exactly the same price. I don't like shopping where this type of circumstance happens. I will have to think on this a while before I decide to try another coupon at this store. I made a special trip, driving 30 miles for this experience."
