"The associate that checked me out was not warm and friendly. I wanted a price check on one item that did not have a tag nor find similar item with a tag. She said that she could not tell me the price because there was no price tag. She would not even call for help. I had to tell her to get another associate or her manager to help her find the price. Not once did I hear any associate offered assistance or greeted any customers. Lastly, there was not even a thank you at the end of the transaction."
