"My concern is that my $20 reward is subtracted from the full price of the item and then the % discount (in this case 40%) is based on that price. I believe your company should subtract the reward amount from the discounted sale price since the item is NOT being sold at the full price but the sale price. My reward is HALF what I believe it should be because of your policy."

I said I didn't have one and her response was, they'll take care of that at the register. I mentioned this to the checkout associate (Angela) who made a face and totally disregarded me by saying anyways you get 60% off. Even if she has no idea what I'm talking about or the previous associate was wrong or I couldn't use it for some reason then I should have been told that instead of ignored. It's completely rude and to be honest I wanted to leave the jacket there, but then I'd be the one really missing out and not Angela. Nevertheless because of her attitude I don't plan on returning whether it's Stage stores or not."

While we were walking to the register one lady asked to help (but unfortunately this is not typical). Also the cologne counter person was very helpful and friendly! My main frustration is always with checkout!"
