"It is always uncomfortable to shop in this store. It is always hot and this discourages me from trying on items. I was shopping for pants/jeans. There were so many on a rack you couldn't look at them. Brands were all mixed together. Styles were all mixed together. There were regular sizes mixed with larger sizes. There seemed to be no rhyme or reason as to how the items were arranged. No associates were visible during my shopping time which amounted to about 2 hours of searching to try to find the sizes and types I wanted. In previous visits associates have been visible but not eager to help shoppers. On one occasion the focus seemed to be on the new display that needed to be arranged. I told the associate who rang up my purchase today that this was one of the most frustrating shopping experiences of my life. I shop at this store because our local shopping choices are limited. I would rather drive further to shop in a nearby Stage as opposed to shopping at the store nearest my home."
