"My mother and I came In to exchange something she bought. As she went to the counter I looked at jewlrey a few feet away. My mother went to the back to exchange the items and I could hear one employee talking badly about her and making rude remarks to our cashier. When I came around the corner she just stared at me and when my mother came back to the counter I walked with her. She then stared at the ground and would not look at me. Our cashier said nothing about her but I do not appreciate the other employee talking about my mother. Her name was Emma. This was in Picayune,MS. I will make sure to tell others that the employees like to talk about customers when they walk away."
"Our cashier Emma who is apparently the manager was condescending and rude and gave us an attitude when we inquired about the purchases. We needed to do an exchange and she had to ask for help from an employee. I do not appreciate employees talking to me like a child and I would love to come back on days Emma is not working."
