"I shop in this store all the time. I buy my gifts for people there and I seem to be in there on a weekly basis. Today I was treated so rude I am debating on going back. I walked in, grabbed exactly what I needed, besides one item out of stock. I used my stage card to make my purchase and after the purchase I gone through I told the cashier, I’m sorry, I need a gift receipt. She stated “I can’t do it now”. I asked if there was anyway she could do it and she stated “not now, you just have to bring back the original receipt if it doesn’t fit.” I explained again this was a gift, and asked if it could be brought back without a receipt and she shrugged her shoulders at me. I explained, I would really like a receipt so can you please call the manager and ask for help. She did call the manager, her name was Jennifer, she told Jennifer “this lady needs a gift receipt but didn’t bother to tell me until I was done”. I will need some One to call me regarding this ***-***-****"

"I typically love this store and I come in alot and spend alot of money. It's hard to answer this survey because the sales associate that helped me directly (Paola) was awesome and the other young lady was friendly and helpful as well. I have met the manager and he is really nice and professional. However, the other lady on duty was extremely rude. She was not even at our register and when I told the associate that I wanted to buy the boys shoes, Paola said the store closes in 10 mins. I told her okay and that they had already picked them out so it would be quick. The other lady (Dolly) chimed in that they close in 8 mins and continued to stare at us like she was so irritated that we were still there. I directly told Paola I would contact the Mgr if it is the same man and Dolly chimed in that it was. I asked her name and she then wanted my name. I asked her why she was being so rude to us and she said she wasn't. Unbelievable that she would basically dare me to complain to the manager."
