"I usually shop here for my Clinque products, i know its after Christmas so they were prob low on stock plus store closing. I had to ask for assistance at the counter, no one came, so had to go back and ask, the rep who helped didnt kow anything about Clinique (which was fine) she was very helpful and looked with me for my items, she looked up when the manager of that counter would be back in so i could come back to order or check inventory. She was very helpful and thanked me, but i wasnt greeted on the way in, the reason i said 6-10 min to pay, was it took that long to get assistance, once we got my items i had zero wait time. Like i said the rep helping was a pure joy and an asset to her employer."
