"Very disappointed with checkout process. Took over 5 minutes to check out due to registers broken. Advertise free gift, however store only received 3 to give out which was not nearly enough to give out. I was there 15 minutes after the start of sale and free gift was not available which is rather anoying."
"horrible. The ad for 4/12/18 stated $10 off plus free cosmetic bag. When I arrived at the store, it was announced by other upset customers that this store only had 3 bags to give away. How fair is that. The add online and the post card containing the coupons never indicated that there were limited bags (3) to be exact. The made customer go to the store but to only be very disappointed. One registered was working and we had to wait in line for over 30 minutes. When people started complaining and putting the item back and leaving the store, then they decided to open a 2nd register. Very poor service and very unprofessional. This experience really had several customers angry."
"I enjoyed the value on the product I purchased. I did not like the idea of having to wait so long in line. I also didn't like the idea of going with the expectation of getting a free cosmetics bag and upon checking out being told they were out due to the fact they were only given a few."
