"The prior weekend, I had gone into Stage just to look. I didn't have time to try on clothes because it was going to close in 20 mintues. So I asked them to hold for me. I had gone back,following weekend to try on & purchase. But item was no longer on hold because I waited a week. I had asked a few asst. for help. But none did. I was ready to walk out of store & stopped because I noticed a friendly face. It was a asst. from past years & had always been friendly,humble,greeting. She was busy with other customers at check out. After customers left. She asked me if I needed any help? I told her I had left some denim ovralls on hold last Sunday & can no longer find them? She told me to please hold & she would help me find them. She came back with my denim overalls in my size! I was so happy!!! I could have gave her a huge hug! I was just so over the moon, I got goose bumps! If it wasn't for this asst. that actually went back to check, instead of shoving me away like other asst. I would had just walked out & ordered online. But because of this sweet lady, I purchased that day with size & tem I had gone into Stage looking for. This asst. has been empl. at Stage for years & I know I & others will always getting treated the way a customer should be. Again thank you Christy so very much for taking time listening to me & going to look for my overalls. I was so very happy, & wanted to give you a huge! :) And I could see in her face how happy she was. Thank you hun :)"

"I usually love going into the store, to browse & look around & take my family in with me. I always go there for deals, gifts & holidays. Due to my last visit I think I will take a break from there. I was going to go buy my husband a Valentines Gift there. But now I think I’ll pass. I just really hope they have a talk with there associates on customer service & making you feel welcomed. So that you want to come back!"
