"The associate that assisted me were ( 2 years) new and very friendly, smiling, and were very helpful with getting me what I was looking for. The department manager assisting her were very unfriendly and rude in her actions. She never smiled. When answering the associates question she never looked up at me nor the associate. She just stood there talking to another associate sitting on the floor. She gave me the impression that it was all about making money for the store and not concerned of what I was looking for. I suppose when you're wearing your white jacket and the department manager you don't have to be friendly."

"Alana made my experience HORRIBLE. When I approached the register she only asked for my telephone number. She didn't say hi or make an attempt to see if I was satisfied with my shopping experience. When she scanned the merchandise, I told her that the price was incorrect. She rudely flicked the shirt on the counter and called the associate from that department. She told him she wasn't checking or changing the price of the shirt. The young man and I went over to the shirts and we saw the price tag had expired. As we approached the register, Alana began to say those coupons don't work on those types of items!!!! She said it in the nastiest tone and voice. So I asked her why was there a problem with her assisting me and providing me customer service. She began to God bless me and tell me I can leave . I told her no. She then attacked the manager that helped me saying you should have taken up for me. All in all one of my worst experiences ever. If I see her, I will not shop."

"Now that the store is more accessible for shopping it is much better but because Stage sends out so many coupons, sales, etc. sometimes there aren't enough sales people and the wait time is too long to check out"
