"I had a coupon for 40% off up to 4 items. Your associate insisted that the 40% only applied to purchases using a Stage credit card. That requirement was not written on the coupon. I had to insist that she verify this with a manager. She did and came back and did not speak to me. She gave me the 40% (as she should have in the first place) because I was right and she was wrong. She did not say thank you or come again after finishing the transaction. She was not friendly when she assisted helping me reach an item earlier and was basically rude after she found out she was WRONG about the coupon. I guess some people can't accept the fact that they make mistakes."

"This store has so much potential. But the displays/racks in some departments are uncomfortably close. I prefer to not have to squeeze through (and I'm 5'2, 110 lbs.). Probably about 75% of my visits I've had to search the store to find some help. There is rarely, if ever, anyone at the register, and that is nearly all departments with the exception of cosmetics. A few of the associates are very friendly, if not helpful. Some are just sadly rude and/or apathetic. The recent renovations have given us a beautiful store but tacky clothes and hard-to-find employees. Given the market, this store could be awesome. Very sad to see that potential squandered."
