"I love stage stores. The associated were friendly and polite"

"I usually love this store however, the young lady working didn't seem to know or care about the customers. My daughter and I were told we would get a 250$ gift card for applying for a stage card, my daughter did she got her 250$ gift card, other shoppers got the same thing. I get a 10$ off my purchase and then told oh it's a scratch off and you got this. Honestly I would not have went through the whole process with the clerk rolling her eyes and applied if I had known it was a scratch off to see if you got 250$ gift card. Then the young lady kept telling me I already had a stage card. No I don't, I've never had one and so now I'm concerned about stolen identity, finally a manager comes over and tells her that I have a rewards card to process the application and she rolls her eyes and the manager tells her again run it. I don't know if the kid was having a bad day or what but she needed to go home, at least be pulled aside and talked to. I work in retail and treating customers like that and telling them one thing then saying another is not acceptable."
