The childrens department, especially the boys department is in need of a larger selection of clothing. Other than that, the stor is clean and neatly organized. They do need ne carpeting though. There are very ugly stains in several areas of the store."

"I had left a Stage store previously and they only had 1 pair of shorts that I loved, I wanted more pair so I came to the Silsbee location to see I f they had more. I was immediately greeted by Jill, I told her the exact brand and style of shorts I wanted. She wasn't familiar with that style because her store didn't receive them. But she had a great idea that I didn't even know existed, ordering the exact product at the price, and they will be shipped to me at no charge. I was so excited to be able to get more of them without going store to store!!! They will definitely see me more and now I'm agitated with myself for spending soo much more money at a different location when they seemed to of been annoyed by my existence."

"This store I use most is small but clean and fairly well organized. The racks are very close together and packed with merchandise (not much room to slide hangers to see items). The employees are very friendly and are available to help but are not pushy something I do NOT like."
