"This store was trying to sell a pair of shoes, THAT WERE USED, for the NEW price. This was my second visit to this store and the second time I had found USED clothing being sold as new. When attempting to discuss this with the Manager named Tammy... She was uncaring, uncompassionate, rude, and in my opinion, couldn't have cared less that I was trying to be a customer in her store. I would rather spend gas money to take my business to Bossier than ever deal with this woman again. I would expect better from a manager, especially in a small town store. I will be contacting corporate with a follow-up letter regarding my experience also. (For the record, the only thing good about this store was the sweet lady at the register whom was very helpful.. I just wish I had learned her name before I stormed out of this disaster of a store.)"
