"The prices are mid- to high. The associates were unable to assist with my questions. Usually I have better luck with them than this. When trying to use a coupon I had received I was told that I could not use it, even though the items purchased were not listed as excluded on the coupon."

"I bought a men's wallet as a Christmas gift and the sign on the rack read 40% off but rang up as BOGO 1/2. No where on the rack did it say that! I purchased the wallet any way and told the man whom I think is the manager and he said it was because someone (customer) moved there signs around. The customer in front of me had a child's night gown and it also said 40% but rang up as buy one get 2 free. I might believe them about the signs being moved but I have heard them tell customers this before when I have been in the store browsing. It seems to me that someone is simply not keeping up with the signage changes and it is very frustrating and makes me feel as if I wasted my payback rewards coupon!!"

"If you make a purchase, I would suggest you have them enter any discount codes before your reward dollars. Otherwise, you will pay more as I experienced today. That is why I’m returning my items even with the knowledge that I will lose my $30 in reward dollars, because they are non-refundabIe. I was told by an associate that you should Not use more than two rewards or you lose money on the others. I did not know this until I realized the total I had calculated up did not match my sales receipt."

"folks are nice but the store is very high prices and the cashiers do not know anything about the product or coupons let's just see if it will work or I don't know if we carry that or not. If you don't see it, we probably don't is the usual response. Checking out is a nightmare. Forget the holidays....you get so tired of waiting you want to forget buying anything. But, even on normal business days, I have to allow 20 minutes to checkout if I want to visit the store on my lunch break."
