"Had a lot of issue with one of the gift cards. It wouldn't swipe. It could not be entered manually. The store associate tried multiple times using different methods including a different register. We ended up having to call two different customer service numbers. The associate, Tammy, was extremely calm and patient during the process. While I got more frustrated she kept an even temper and was very helpful. She made this experience much easier on me and I felt like she truly was trying to help in any way possible. These days that is very hard to find in retail. She's definitely an asset to the company."
