"The associate Donna was very rude ... she greeted other white customers who entered the store and told them they could go check out at other registers, but failed to acknowledge this info to me or the other black woman behind me. When it was my time to return my items, she spoke very differently to me and counted the items acting like something was wrong with them. Nothing was worn and made me feel like I was stupid when asking me did I have the credit card it was charged to. I only wanted to return because size didn't fit. Didn't want any cash, only credit. Employees like her give this Thibodaux, Louisiana store a bad name. The woman behind me even commented on how rude she was."

"Overall I liked shopping at Stage. The only thing that aggravated me is when I went check out the lady I went to was checking out someone and she told me to go to the cashier on the opposite side of her. It look like she was eating something and wanted to hurry up and get finished with the sale. The other cashier had about 3 people ahead of me. Then I noticed that the previous cashier was checking out more people. This made me mad because I could have been out sooner."
