"Not satisfied with promotions. Purchased a $20 item reduced 50% but when it rang up on register, the adjusted amount was $9.99 not $10. So in order to use the $10 off coupon, another item had to be purchased. 50% of $20 is $10 not $9.99. RIPOFF."

"Store manager seems very rude, i’ve heard people quit only because of her. she doesn’t seem to care about the employees that work there and always has an attitude with them. even when i was in line to check out the store manager raised her voice at an associate in front of everyone like they were a child. i thought that was extremely disrespectful not only to the associate but to the customers around."

"Don't even waste your time and money! Customer service is terrible and unprofessional. I recently went in to purchase 2 men's shirts (that were extremely overpriced by the way) and stood in line for the longest time. I know its Christmas but the line was barely moving. The cashier took forever to look up discounts and chit chatter made the process take even longer. Eventually, the lady in front of me was almost done. The cashier i was in line with told me if i wanted to get checked out faster another lady at cosmetics could check me out. I get over there and she is moving like a tortoise, then shocks me with MY COMPUTER IS DOWN AND NOT WORKING, So at this point i am steaming. I really needed these shirts because i was running an errand for my manager and he needed the shirt to wear at his next shift in an hour!!! ( i thought i could pick something up down the road quickly) I explain to the lady I am not gonna wait longer since she already sent me out of line. I told her i was in fact in a hurry. First i am made fun of for being in a hurry then the lady then sends me to another cashier to check me out. I don't understand why i was sent all over the store to check out and then on top of that I did not receive an apology from not 1 out of 3 cashiers!!! I will never shop here again and will make sure everyone knows that THIBODAUX STAGE is a terrible place to shop!!!!!"

"I appreciate the prices, but i prefer shopping on the website. I only prefer this way because multiple times I have tried to shop in the store by my home and was not acknowledged when I walked in or walked by associated. I am a shy person, so I feel that it is easier for me to ask for help if I have been acknowledged."
