"My grandson and I were stopping in to look at children’s shoes. The tall slender lady reminded us that they closed as we entered at 8:30. That was fine for her to remind us but I am a woman over 40! I checked what time they closed before we even entered the store. As we were walking and looking the woman Continued to follow us and ask us if we needed any help, what size we were looking for because they were fixing to close in 20 minutes. She continue to do this the whole time we were in the store. When we made it to the shoes she asked me once again could she help me find a size so we could hurry because I will be closed in 15 minutes. Another woman in at the store and she was chasing her around trlline or what time they closed. As we approach the register I know somebody was following behind us was the same lady practically pushing us out of the store. Turn right and look better she started to tell me what time they close again. But now I’m highly aggravated my grandson is crying because he can’t look at the toys. I told the woman that we will be leaving to do not tell me what time they close again. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had at a department store. This lady was extremely rude made us feel like we were not welcome there. As I am a manager and I location in Tyler I would want someone to be made aware of this. This is not how you get customers. Takes a lot to make me man. But by the time we left I was mad. I will never ever return to this location. Thank you for your time"
