"I went to the store to exchange two pair of Bob's shoes, purchased the week before. I knew I would need assistance due to the fact that I have cataracts, causing numbers to look similar thereby, the shoes I purchased were an 8.5, not the 7.5 I needed. I approached the counter for the exchange and explained about my vision and that I'd had double hip replacement therefore, could not get to the lower shelves which resulted in the wrong size. I asked if there was an associate that could assist me in finding the correct size, if any were left. She was so polite and called an associate who approached the counter very quickly and off we went. As she searched and we talked, she stated that the 7.5 sizes were actually on the bottom shelves at that time. I have searched for a year and a half mostly online, purchased and returned over and again because I need a slip on shoe that does not have an incline at the heel. It looks good on screen but when I try them, it puts my hip at an angle causing pain. I was so pleased to find not only the two I was exchanging but another cute pair that I purchased too. It was only after I got home that I realized, the exchange on the two pairs cost me $14.06 more because I use a coupon at that time. You add double trip with time spent plus gas and I was upset, enough so that I was tempted to just take them all back. Reason took over, realizing I spent so much time and energy and couldn't find what I needed that I'd just have to keep them. I believe the shoes will work, I've worn one pair, then wait a day to ensure no problems, etc. Normally I wouldn't and couldn't pay this amount for shoes. I guess I just don't like the exchange policy that became a return and ring up at the new cost regardless of coupon, sale, etc. I'm sure I am not the only one too."

"I live close to a stage store & work close to a stage store and have always loved shopping there. I go there at lunch breaks and when grocery shopping sometimes even just to look around. I seam to always walk out with something. The store has great sales and nice workers. I have 6 grandchildren and 2 children so I always have someone who can use things. I LOVE STAGE AND WOULD ENCOURAGE EVERYONE TO SHOP THERE!!! Can't wait to go again!!!"
