"I came in looking for makeup since I ran out of my usual Clinique and I prefer higher end brands for the quality and the lady started out helpful, but then after letting her know I wanted higher end hypoallergenic she began showing me NYX, which I was slightly offended as if I wasn't able to pay for the higher one. Then she says, well I showed you what I have, either you can get it or not. Obviously that was my options, but she could have kept the comment to herself and she lost my sale because I only came there for the convenience. I rather drive 25 minutes to the mall and get the other brand I was looking at for the same price.Next at the checkout, the price was not ringing up as advertised and I was told that clearance would be half off...it wasn't. I felt as though the cashier acted like I didnt understand. I DID...if I didnt check the prices before I left, I would have been upset to get home and my items not be priced as told. I usually enjoy shopping at Stage but this was by far the most uncomfortable shopping experience ever."
"Ms. Lydean was very helpful and very friendly. She's helped me many times before. Always smiling, very patient and sometimes helps me put outfits together. She even convinced me to get a credit card. She always makes my experience there worth while. I have never had a bad experience at Stage. The store is always clean and very quiet, which contributes to a peaceful shopping day."
