"I ordered a high-pressure 2" layflat hose for a vegetable farm irrigation system from Stanios as a third-party seller through Amazon. Instead, I received this blue low-pressure hose. Ok, no problem, right? I'll contact the seller and have them send the right one. Stanios Industrial did not email me back. So I called. They said they'd send me the correct hose right away and email a shipping notification. I never received an email. I did't receive the correct hose. About a week later, I called again. They said they had shipped the hose the day before, and would email me a shipping notification. Again, I have not received a notification. I have not received the hose. And, the blue hose is valued considerably less than the red hose I should have received. Now when I call, no one answers the phone, and the voicemail is full. At this point, I'll be contacting Amazon for a refund. But, I have lost time and money trying to solve what at first seemed like a mistake, but is now very obviously a scam. DO NOT order anything from Stanios Industrial."
"My order still says 'Processing'. After having my email ignored, I called and actually spoke to a real person that claimed they had a bunch of people out sick in the shipping dept., but that my order was pulled that day, and I would be receiving tracking information by close of business. No such information was sent. Just filed a claim with PayPal.
I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. And after reading them all, I am convince this is a fake company, and no one ever gets an item purchased."

"I ordered a product and 4 weeks later still no product and no credit to my credit card. You will waste your time making numerous calls, and if you are lucky enough to get through to a person he will be a sweet talking man named Clement that will yes you to death, give excuses, a bad storm, wife in hospital, shipping delays, wrong items, very busy, etc, I think you get the idea. I fell for it and after 4 weeks and three fake tracking numbers I still never recieved the product and never received a refund. This company has a voicemail that is always full, never answers emails, and owner is impossible to contact. I think this might be a one man scam operation and judging from all the other reviews online my bad experience is not unusual. Don't waste your time here, they have no intention on fulfilling your order. I ended up having to seek a credit card resolution for my refund. I will be reporting them to all the local agencies including the attorney general. They also use the name STANYMART

"I ordered a plumbing coupling that the Stanios website said was "in stock, usually ships within 2-3 days." I ordered the item, my credit card was charged that day and waited a week. Checked my account and it said my order was "processing." Called, couldn't leave a message because a recording said the mailbox was full. After calling several times, I got through and was told that they did not have the part but should get the shipment from the manufacturer "this Wednesday" and it will be shipped by Thursday. Waited until Friday...website still said order was processing. Called several times again and got the same person telling me that their shipment from the manufacturer was delayed, but that he would put in a pick ticket so that it would be shipped to me right away on the Monday when they get it. Called back the next Wednesday several times and ended up getting the same person. He said, "Oh, I see we received the shipment on Monday, I'll get shipping on it immediately and you should get a shipping confirmation email within 24 hours." Several days later, my order on the website was still listed as processing. I ended up buying the part somewhere else because I couldn't wait anymore. Called back and asked for a refund...got the same person who said that it would be shipped right away. I told him that I already got the part somewhere else and insisted that I just wanted a refund and to have the order cancelled. He told me that my order would be cancelled and my refund would be processed immediately. Well, that was several days ago. You guessed it, on their website my order is still "processing." I have filed a dispute with Visa to get my money back."
"I ordered foaming sanitizer refills and my credit card was charged the same day. Was supposed to ship in 24 for 48 hours but never received anything from them except the initial purchase invoice. I attempted to email several times and no response. Called 4 or 5 times and got a recording saying the inbox was full and you can't leave a message. I finally talked to someone once and he put me on hold and transferred me back to the recording. Last week I filed a dispute with my credit card company and today filed a complaint with the FTC as it has been over 30 days and within 2 hours received a refund confirmation. "
"I ordered some goggle liners from them for an old out-of-production model, since they were the only site that I could find that listed them as in-stock. After placing the order, the only email I got about the order was from Paypal, and not even their website. I contacted them, and after nearly a week went by without response, I opened a dispute on Paypal. Hopefully I get my money back, or better yet, the item, since my goggles are useless without the liners, and no other website had them. Of course, Stanios probably doesn't have it, either, and just doesn't update their site.
Beyond that, the amount charged for shipping was extremely high, considering how lightweight the item that I ordered was."
"After ordering an item which was damaged on arrival I called Stanios to suggest that this item be packed more securely in the future. "Charly" said he'd give me a discount if I reordered from Stanios and that he'd double-crate and bubblewrap the shipment. He did neither of those. I wouldn't have re-ordered if I'd known I was being lied to. When I wrote to them for clarification my messages were ignored."

Then they sent me a notice of fake office, so they passed the 45 days of coverage Paypal sent me and never bought, nor have they given any explanation as to justify their actions.

"This company lied to me about availablity, lied to me about shipping status, repeatedly failed to answer my inquiries, and nefariously held my money for over a month.
Prior to placing my order, I emailed Stanios to see if the item I wanted was in stock. They said it was not in stock but they could get it from their distributer.
I contacted them again and asked them to confirm availablity since the manufacturer had recently discontinued the item. They assured me it was available and would ship within 4 days.
I placed the order and Stanios immediately charged my credit card. I followed up a week later to see if it had shipped as promised with no response. I followed up again a few days later and was told it was shipping the next day.
I followed up a week later to get a tracking number and no response. I followed up another week later and no response.
At this point, a month had passed since I placed my order. I finally called Stanios and was told my order was cancelled because the item was no longer available. I then had to request a refund from their accounting department which took several more days to process."
