"This company took a full 2 months to set up my account. No explanation was given as to why when I complained. Obviously i was not going to wait that long so ended up buying it elsewhere.

If you need hosting today, or in the near future, you may want to avoid this company.

The only positive thing i can say is that they respond to emails in a reasonable amount of time (about 48 hours if i recall correctly) and that they cancelled my account promptly when i requested it (although a "sorry" and an explanation would have been nice)."
