"The Tiger Woods 99 PGA Tour Golf game did not come with instructions nor was it in a jewel case as I assumed it would. Without the instructions I can not play the game and want to return it. The game I received was not in a sealed cellophone wrap, only in an unsealed sleeve and a cardboard container. "

"Terrible (non-existent) customer service. I ordered an A/V cable but they sent a slightly different model number than the one listed on their site. I tried to complain but the email addresses listed on their 'about us' page eleicit no response. The phone number goes straight to a fax machine.
Also, the order took over two weeks to arrive which I assume means that they sat on my order for a week or more before shipping.
