I ordered in the morning, and received a call late in the afternoon requesting a copy, front and back, of my license and credit card. After considering this I decided it was a reasonable request for such an expensive item from an unknown customer - especially considering I had requested it be sent to my business rather than my home address. My only complaint was after doing all that, it ended up being sent to my home anyway. Fortunately I was home to receive the order. So I got a great camera at a great price from a reputable dealer - so I really have no complaints. I assume the address mix-up was a simple mistake."

The customer service rep we spoke with took tons of patient time with all our questions.
