"I burchased the Star Wars Galaxies Game at a local retailer, Installed the game, and tried to register. This is where I ran into problems. Apparently SOny has been pushing out duplicate CD Keys for the last 7 months or so. And they feel as if they have no responsibility for this. They will admit that they released 4500 Duplicate Keys, though they will not verify if this is a total number, or a number of keys that were duplicated. When pressed, they admitted that quite a number of people who have recieved the game as a gift have been completely unable to use the software because they are requiring you to submit a reciept and a scanned image of the CD case. I guess someone better explain to little Timmy that only Sony considers his grandpa to be a software pirate.
After several days of fighting their tech support I was finally offered a whole 5 days of free online service. I don't know about you, but I consider that an insult. That didn't even cover my initial call to tech support.
