"I placed an order well over a month ago and the order status has never changed from "Will ship in 1-2 weeks." The worst part is that they charged my credit card the full amount of the order the day after I placed the order. So that money is lost. I had thought a store affiliated with a brand like Yahoo.com would be legitimate, but I guess Yahoo's affiliated quality control team has done a poor job."
"This is obviously not a legitimate store, and I'm now out $130. I placed an order for Christmas gift on 12/15. On 12/19, I received an email that the item had been shipped. (Still not received). I've sent 5 emails and called every day since 12/26. No response to email... they have a link to check status of email and it still says "Open". They're pretty sneaky to even provide that to make it look real. Their phone message indicates to try back later, but gives no option for leaving a message. Their site has "live help" option, but has been "offline" since at least 12/26. *The email they sent showing shipped makes it look like it's a "Yahoo Store". I contacted Yahoo, and it's not one of their stores (which confirmed my suspicion that they're not real)."
