Apparently their CEO has been arrested and it seems the site has been taken down.

"I got SG about 2 weeks ago to put on my husband's phone. The 1st morning I opened it, geotracking made it look like he was having morning meet-up with someone. But Later, after some experiments, one where he and his phone never left my side or the house and yet geotracking had him leaving to go to that very address for an hour of that time. It's possible that someone with SG installed, who passes near our home when he's here is being tracked for periods of time instead. I've also watched it say he was still at work (30 minutes away) when he's pulling up in the driveway. Or there could be some sort of time delay. Either way, you can't rely on this feature, but it's a place to start, which is likely more than you had before.

It doesn't show that multimedia messages have transpired. It's supposed to show e-mails, but never has. Sending Any commands to the phone reveals it's presence. If you do use it, decide on your settings and leave it alone. That means, if you're needing to record environment sounds... make sure it's worth showing your hand.

Best feature is recorded calls and SMS logs. Yeh, there's room for improvement, but these features are at least more than I had before. I should note that recorded calls sound may not be uploaded for days at a time, then BAM!, there they are. Better to have them late than not at all. Like I said, room for improvement.

Customer service is nonexistent. My recommendation is, if you get it, just get the 3 month Platinum. If it works well enough for your needs, you can buy more time without reinstalling (or that's how it appears). If you don't like it, don't renew."

"I wanted to write a review of StealthGenie because I found their service to be very helpful.

I ordered Stealthgenie in January because I need a way to monitor my kids cell phone usage.

I did find a valid StealthGenie coupon code - "genie" and it still works if you want to get a discount on your order. Just enter the coupon code on the order page to view the discount.

It was pretty easy to install stealthgenie on my kids android phone and the software worked just as they described.

I did have 1 issue and during installation and I emailed the stealthgenie tech support and they replied to my email within about 12 hours and answered my question.

So for almost 2 months the Stealthgenie software has been working for me and Im able to monitor almost everything on my teenagers phone. Im very happy with my purchase.

And you will be banging your head on the computer. Works for a couple of weeks than things start to go wrong. Can't get into the control panel. Than when you do you can't check sms, geo tracking, geo location...etc..All at times you need them to record the most! I upgraded to record calls. Some times it does some times it doesn't. Usually doesn't record the very calls you needed recorded. Remote control doesn't work 80% of the time so you CAN NOT record surroundings.. There is NO! NO! NO! 24/7 customer support. Absolutely NOT. I DO NOT CARE what the bogus positive reviews say. Live help is either OFFLINE, AWAY, or BUSY with another customer. You have to submit tickets. And I have submitted several! They sometimes answer the tickets. They tell you it's your service provider. Maybe if you were in there time zone you could get better CS, however I live in the US and it is NOT the case. There HAS to be BETTER and I am LOOKING! And I dare any of their customer reps to challenge what I say. DO NOT WASTE YOUR $. KEEP LOOKING!"
