"The bottom of my husband’s boot started coming off. After sending it back to be inspected, and a few emails and a few phone calls we were told there were no defects in the boots. $170 boots that lasted about 7 months. We received the boots back and a note stating excessive wear and tear, customer walks on the outside of boot’s causing them to fail. They need to specify these will not work for everyone then. My husband is back to wearing a cheaper pair of Georgia boots that he has had for 2 years with the bottoms still intact."
"It took 3 weeks to get my boots! After reading reviews after i already ordered them i wasnt sure if i was even going to get them. So i ordered a different pair elsewhere and i got them 4 days later! Customer service is pretty much impossible to get ahold of. So i tried the extension as if i was going to order a pair of boots instead and of course they answer almost immediately!! What a joke! "Initial experience was great, lots of different brands for options, easy site to navigate, free and quick shipping.
Although after trying on the shoes i purchased i decided they weren't for me, due to the non-slip not really being non slip. I worn the shoes 5 minutes, twice.
At first i wanted to just exchange for a different pair. They would NOT except my exchange because the logo on the sole was slightly worn, which is how I RECEIVED them. I then emailed again and requested just a return and i would take the loss of the 10.00 fee or return shipping, but they wont except them as a return either... so now i'm just supposed to be out 100.00! How ridiculous, factory working shoes are expensive and i shouldn't have to be out money because of something i had no control over. Basically you cant even try on the shoe if you plan on returning or exchange or the unfortunate event you simply don't like the shoes. i will not purchase from this site in the future. "
"Just wondering how it is possible for a shoe that supposedly runs true to size to be too small (rhetorical question). When I called they said order a half size up but sorry no exchange because they were worn for a couple days. Ok, so ordered the half size up and reluctantly counted the first pair as a loss…the second pair were in fact a bit longer so should have been great…wrong! This pair is narrower in the toe so is causing pain yet again! Oops, worn a couple days so no return…..
Seriously, how can there be such variations in a shoe that is supposedly so well made?!? I am out almost $250 and still need to find another pair!!!

"I bought a pair of shoes, tried them on (inside my house only) and decided that they were a bit too tight. I sent them back (which I paid for, and don't mind, because I knew ahead of time that's how it was) and they we're refused. When I called them they sent me an email the next day, with pictures of "scuffs" that weren't on them as they litterally sat in front of me. And "stains" that I'm pretty sure are simply places on the shoes where glue had been wiped off after the soles we're glued on leaving small coloration that I wouldn't have even noticed when I got them (they were going to be work shoes, and I'm in the swimming pool industry... I really didn't care what they look like, just how they feel) I was livid, and talked to Matt on the phone and he did what apparently he always does and simply turned me down several times. He actually asked me the question: do you think we'll change our minds if you send us new pictures? WHAT? He asked me that, for real. So no matter what my problem was from his standpoint he had indemnified himself from any further involvement. He was sarcastic and unphased. They're the worst. Don't buy from them. I'm telling everyone. I filed a complaint with my credit card company, I called the manufacturer and complained, I filed a complaint with the better business bureau and will let anyone else who will listen know about them as well. "Bought a pair of wolverine shoes. They were splitting by the reinforced toes, contacted them about the return in less than 60 days. They gave me their return address so I shipped them by ups within the 60 days and they refused to refund my money as they said they were normal wear and tear. "I purchased 2 different pairs of size 15 4e shores and the second pair was way too narrow. Since these were the only 2 pairs they had to fit me, I sent 1 pair back. I called to see if maybe they could send me a label to ship them back to them as it was going to cost me 32.00 to send back and I figured maybe they get shipping discounts I could use and be billed for it. I was told "WE DONT DO THAT!). It costed me 28.00 to send back an 88 dollar pair of shoes and when they sent me the credit, they deducted 10 more dollars from the price I paid for a 78 dollar credit. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER PAIR OF SHOES FROM THEM, EVER. And I will never recommend them again!
