Don't expect a refund if the product doesn't work for you

"I bought steelseries Arctis Pro Wireless headsets and initiated a return within 10 days because I bought Bose NC700 headset. I returned the unopened box via Fedex tracking shipping and confirmation that the return was delivered more than a month ago. I'm still expecting refund to be posted even after checking multiple times with the support. I'll never do business with them again!"
