"This was my second order from Stogieboys and so far so good. My first order was through Groupon and the experience was flawless. The second product I ordered did have an issue as the unit I received was malfunctioning. I contacted customer service and in a very short amount of time I was able to return the item and recieve a new unit in the mail. The process was completely hassle free which is very much appreciated in this day in age. I also like the fact that they support the troops.
