"I purchased a half price voucher for StogieBoys from CrowdSavings. I had never heard of this site until I learned of this promotion. The voucher NEVER stated it was limited to purchasing specific items. I am a computer person making multiple online purchases a week. When I went to the site I could not readily identify where to enter my voucher. I had to contact support. I then noticed at checkout that the discount was not being properly applied. I had to contact support again and then learned of the voucher only applying to certain items. Support was unable to provide me a list of what applied to the voucher. After spending a lot of time adding things I was possibly interested in I found one item. I ended up adding two of that single item due to not being able to identify a second item I was interested in. The site has a very limited selection. Pricing is ok. My items did ship in a timely manner. Based on pricing, inventory, ease of use for website, poor support and being mislead with my voucher I will not be purchasing from StogieBoys ever again."

When I received the order the unfortunately the cigar wrappers was dry and cracking. Again customer service issued the return authorization and I placed another order the was delivered a few days later meanwhile they received my return confirmed the issue and promptly issued the store credit.
