"I tried to match some hexagonal marble floor tiles I previously ordered from another website where they are now out of stock. I copied and pasted the description and found them here. They claimed to be the same size, but when I received them, they were smaller. Apparently the original ones were measured across, but these are measured point to point. I only found that out when I called about the issue. Not only would I have to pay to ship them back, but also a restocking fee. So, now I'm just going to have to keep them and eat the $50 since it would most likely be more to ship them back and pay the restocking fee. Make sure you verify what you're ordering!"

"I placed an order for Venato Carrara last week. I already had 25 sq f of these tiles, purchased from another company last year and needed to buy more. 15 minutes after the order was placed, I received am email with the picture of the lot about to be shipped, asking me If I was happy with the selection.
Unfortunately, this new marble looked slightly different from the one I already had. So I had to cancel my order.
It was cancelled no questions asked and refund issued.
Very positive experience, despite the fact the the purchase did not work out for me.
