It was, but unfortunately at least 25% of the individual marble pieces in the mosaic pattern were chipped and one piece was cracked. So rather than ordering more, I sent an email requesting a refund. After waiting a week for a response, I made another phone call to customer service and then a refund was issued. The package was shipped with FedEx, apparently at lowest level possible with an unreadable label (which resulted in a 2-day delay from the start), and arrived 12 days after my order was placed. Customer service rep said the marble mosaic pieces chip easily in shipping and should have been packaged differently although the box did not look damaged. I appreciated the refund."
