I'm not sure if the oil filter was changed because I'm quite sure that the splash guard wouldn't have been reinstalled with zip ties. I would've thought that someone would've mentioned that it needs bolts for the splash guard and try to sell to me. I've said what I said about the oil filter not being changed because I've brought my Sequoia there before and the oil filter wasn't changed because the same dirty fram filter was still on there. I took to different highlanders there and each time there was an inspection with no charge, but anytime I bring my Sequoia there, there isn't an inspection done and I don't understand why I have to pay for that. I like this dealership and being close to my home is a bonus. I think I might have to go to another Toyota dealership moving forward. "
