"This order was placed on January 13, today is January 27 and my order is still on hold and has not shipped. They have had my tax exemption certificate on file since July but still have charged me tax on all my orders while pretending to process it without the tax. They now claim they never had it and requested a new one which I sent to them 10 days ago and was told it would take 3-4 business days. No one is able to give me an update or any information as to what is taking so long and why my order is still on hold. Not sure I will ever order from them again after after all the lies and cheating they have done."
"Box arrived damaged and split open in 3 places. Some hangers were chipped and cracked. Box had no insulation to protect hangers. With the quantity I purchased (100) the weight of package alone should of insured some type of insulation against damage. Very disappointed with packaging to complete a intact delivery."

"This was the 3rd one of these I've bought. One for myself, the other two for people needing clothing storage (clients of mine through home healthcare).
I haven't tried every rack on the market, of course, but can't see how they can get better than this product. Incredibly sturdy and stable. You could line this item with heavy winter coats and it'd hold the weight with no problem.
I also love the two loops at the end to hang clothing you want separated from the rest, maybe tomorrow's clothes or that shirt that can get a second wearing before the wash.
I've seen reviews of this item from other distributors, and the packaging seems to be an issue, boxes torn, hardware missing. NOT from Store Supply - their packaging has arrived intact and undamaged with all 3 I've bought. It's nice knowing someone cares their products arrive in good condition.
So, if you need a sturdy, strong clothes rack at a very reasonable price, I highly recommend this item!"
"We have ordered many cases before but this last one we got was a mess. Burns on both glass doors. Missing parts, they did send out ASAP but the next hotel where I’m staying is so much nicer. These places there are so old so we gotta be ready for winter."
