"We have ordered many times, but our business is in canada so we order when we have a trip planned, items are delivered to our family home in a couple days and we bring them back with us. We had to ship during covid which was super expensive but wanted to continue using the same products. We placed our order, then were told the majority was out if stock, got to oregon the next week and only one box had shown up. We were there 8 days - the rest of the order never showed (still hasnt) and we had to come home. Is NOT worth having my family ship to us. Tried to track packages, was told “no can do”. So dissapointing. "

"I have a package missing. I also don't like that you only ship with Fedex . They are extremely unreliable. On the other hand, the wood hangers I ordered are nice and of great quality I like them. However, the shipping experience was terrible and I still have not received some packages. I will think twice about ordering from Store Supply Warehouse as long as Fedex is the shipping carrier. "

"I ordered 3 white grid panels and hooks to go with it on 11/6 for a fair on 11/20. Since economy shipping was scheduled to arrive in 3 to 5 business days (so at least by 11/15). I received the tracking number for the panels on 11/8 only to find out for the first time when I called on 11/17 that they were out of stock. The CS rep offered panels in a different finish and said it would arrive to me on Friday, 11/19 in time for my fair on 11/20. Well it didn't arrive until 11/20, the day of my fair. I just called to see how I can return all of the items since I now don't have any need for them since I had to build my own display on 11/19 with pegboards. The CS rep said I would have to pay to ship everything back at my expense since I "received" the items. Had I known far in advance, I would not have accepted any of the items, especially since the most important item were the panels themselves. I had to scramble to build a display from scratch with peg boards on 11/19, the day before my fair. And now I have to ship the hooks and legs back at my expense? All because I was given false information on 11/8 that my panels were on its way. I have to spend money to ship back the items that I couldn't use without the panels themselves. This was such a horrible experience. I hope that your company learn from my experience and communicate with your customers better."
