I've been a faithful customer of SSW for over 12 years. I've always received my orders fairly quickly and complete. I believe this is the 1st time that my order was not complete. My hangers were left out of the order and I received some small gift bags that I did not order. Fortunately SSW was able to quickly send me the hangers which I desperately needed.
I will judge this order by how quickly & efficiently is was remedied as opposed to the errors made. Much appreciated! Thank you SSW. I'm still a satisfied customer!

"I love the products and prices from Store Supply Warehouse. The customer service is amazing as well. I do believe that the shipping people need to learn how to package and secure products. This would save the company so much money and headache. Boxes are delivered all smooshed and loosely taped. Which then allows smaller items to slip out. The last 3 orders I have places have had parts missing due to this. When contacted customer service quickly sends out missing products BUT if box's were closed properly this wouldn't be necessary. Plus if small items were placed in zip bags vs plastic tshirt bags items wouldn't slip out as easily either. OVERALL this is a great store to get items for my small business

"Still waiting on products to be delivered. Wasn't notified they would be sent in pieces. Some pieces are mismatched. Some pieces aren't fitting. Very disappointed. I had ordered same displays few years ago. Came in perfect and all at once. Was even called and notified the day before. Didn't happen this time. Very bad shipper. Delivery driver in a rush and you can tell he didn't care. Left my package next to oncoming traffic. Please look into a better shipper.
More expensive than before also. Would expect better service than this."
