"I ordered a basic polo shirt for my husband for Christmas in mid November. My credit card was charged immediately. I never received an order confirmation nor any kind of status update. After three weeks I contacted customer service via email asking the status of my order. I received a response saying the item was en route but the email was tinged with a **** attitude stating they "weren't Amazon" and since their items are "only available to club members, it's as if each item is custom". While I'm generally happy with our Ferrari Club membership, it certainly doesn't make a polo shirt with a logo on it a "custom item". The shirt finally arrived five weeks later in a wrinkled ball stuffed into a shipping bag with no protection or even so much as a piece of tissue paper around it. Suffice it to say, this will be my last purchase from the online Ferrari store. "
"Stay away at all costs, I bought a jacket size was XL for me, It barely fit my wife who is 135lbs. I shipped it back to Itlay for a refund, when it got to customs they requested Ferrari to verify the value before they would release it. I sent no fewer than 12 emails asking for them to do what customs requested and they did not, I even sent them the fax number and email address fo rthem to respond to and they did not. The $1200.00 jacket has now been in the process of being returned to me by fedex. "
"I can't believe how poor the customer service is at the Ferrari online store.
I reported a faulty phone case that was only one week old. They asked for photos which I sent. Then they said to return it to them at my cost and they would refund the item price only excluding delivery which I had paid.
I asked them for a replacement they said I had only two choices return at my cost and loose the carriage both ways or keep the broken case and have a 10% discount on my next purchase!! What a con!! Really Ferrari I expected so much more from one of the biggest brands in the world. No wonder they don't have and telephone contact numbers or review service!!! I'd stay away"
"I ordered an item while traveling during the Christmas holidays. When I finally picked up the item after my return, it was a size smaller than I thought I had ordered. But I can never be sure as to whose mistake it was as the confirmation invoice had almost no information on the document. I contacted them within a few days to try to exchange it. However, they started the 2-week return clock (during the holidays!!) when it was delivered while I was gone and refused to exchange my item. Now I have an overpriced item that will have to be donated to charity. Now I can see why the take no reviews on their own site. What a scam using a great brand!"

"I agree with the other two posts. This has by far been the worst customer service experience of my life. I had placed an order and immediately after placing the order I decided to cancel it. I wrote twice to their customer service (this was late at night and after their business hours) saying I would like to cancel the order before it ships out the next day. However, the next morning I received an E-mail saying that the order was in processing and being ready to be shipped out and therefore they could not cancel my order. The only way for me to receive a refund of any kind is to refuse delivery when it gets here, pray they don't misplace my package, and hope they actually issue me a refund. Either way I'm out $10 for the shipping costs. I had expected a lot more since it was Ferrari but I guess if anything this has taught me even the biggest of companies can still try to screw over their customers. DO NOT order from this website. If anything go to respected and HONEST websites to get your merchandise."
"Absolutely the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. Beyond inefficent, unhelpful and totally lacking in customer service. I cannot believe that this is the actually Ferrari Store because this customer servcie is atrocius. They do not reply to emails in any time frame, have NO phone numbers so you can never speak to an actual person, and they DO NOT honour their own policies online. Orders are processed when they feel like it, not when they tell you at the time you place the order. Things aren't shipped when they say because for some reason they seem to be constantly "restocking". And they have no transparency whatsoever, so don't expect any emails or updates from them. You place your order and then pray to the Gods that sometime in the next three months something will miraculously appear, because the online chat service can never give an order status update and neither can the customer care emailed response, if you are lucky enough to receive one."
"Horrible company to deal with - I cant believe this is the official Ferrari store (they sell merchandise with Ferrari logo). If you buy something from them and decide to return or exchange - consider yourself screwed - they dont honor their own return policy, no customer service whatsoever. I sent them 5 emails - no response. I would not recommend this store to anyone."
