Can't properly send me a order.

"First I need to ask why it is not being send. It's because of a "Out of stock item"
Then it takes ages so even respond to that and I need to ask again what is wrong with my order.
Then finally when it gets send it doesn't arrive at my destination because I don't get a proper track and trace from you guys.
And need to ask again what is going wrong with it. And I am given to information way to late and I need to pay for your guys mistake? Ridiculous.
You guys don't contact me when there is something with my parcel.
This has been my worst ever order at a web shop ever. No contact and can't even properly send a order.
