"EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! This was the best customer service I have ever received from any store and when I needed it most. (They also had the lowest price on the product from a Google search) I ordered a universal battery for a portable DVD player for a trip that I am going on in a few days. I ordered the wrong product but needed the right one ASAP. I sent them an email which they responded to within a few minutes, then they followed up right away with a phone call and took care of it right away and got me the right one before I left. This was the best no hassle customer service with a smile ever. Their customer service was friendly and did what they could to make me happy. I would definitely buy from them again and highly recommend them. -Ed"

I received it within 6 days everything was perfect, except I was missing a cable. I e-mailed them to let them know and they sent me the cable right away.
