"I placed 2 orderd for a total of 3 phones for new service. On the second order, I selected FedEx NDA shipping. At this time, i am still waiting on my NDA package. The only tracking available states a label has been created. I've made multiple calls to customer service and I have not gotten anywhere. I have asked to speak with someone that can confirm my package made the UPS truck to no avail as well as a refund on my NDA shipping and have been told, "Your package will arrive by 3pm". This is NOT true. "

"This company's service is fine. Their customer service not so fine. This is another sorry company that has decided to outsource to the philippines. God help you if you need to contact them. Most you can't understand or they will put in transfer hell. Your initial contact with one of their filipino droids won't know what to do so they will want to transfer you. Even after you've pressed 20 buttons as to what your problem is in their stupid menu system. You may even be transferred 2 or 3 more times since they still can't understand a simple thing you're trying to accomplish. Good luck ! ! "

"WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I have never had worse customer service in my life. I called several times, spoke to several people. After being on hold for 30 minutes transfer after transfer they said they would call me on another phone. It rang once and they hung up. This has happened 3 times now. My problem is not solved, the last person was very rude and I'm switching coverage. If you're thinking about switching to Straight Talk- DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY."

"I suggested the straight talk home phone to my parents due to it being much cheaper than verizon's home phone service. My father attempted to port his home number and activate his account but had no luck. Every time he called the activation phone number it told him he could not activate it at this time. This went on for TWO days. He called straight talk customer support at least 3 times and all they said is it could take several days to activate. After two days he decided that this company was a joke and he went back to paying more for Verizon...but they have much better support. Unfortunately he lost his home phone number which he has had for 34 years because straight talk refused to let him port it back to Verizon. By the way it only took 45 seconds for Verizon to activate his account. Straight talk is a joke and I will never use them."

"I bought a Samsung Galaxy (Verizon)$149 at Walmart and connected. After about 2-3 week the phone had high static, screeching in my ear. They wouldn't take it back and told me I had sent to them and wait about 2 weeks for the return, so I never did it. I got a Iphone 4s and bought the SIM card from them , never never never get the T-mobil Sim card, IT IS CRAP, no internet bad connections, don't do it.. SO I bought a ATT Sim card on Ebay $39 and now have decent service, Straighttalk dosen't sell them anymore. I was going to send the Samsung back for a repair reason because it was on Verizon towers, they sent me a refurbished Huawei outdated junk $5 phone, I threw it away. So the only way I would say to get Straighttalk is to buy the ATT Sim card and put it on a Iphone. It is not 4G."

"This is the no contract cell phone service. Run away! Horror show! I sent a phone back to them for service starting a multi-week nightmare involving 8 "conversations" with other language "customer service" reps lasting a cumulative 12+ hours, calls dropped after 45 minutes invested, every rep told me something different and contradictory, some reps just flat out lied, my order just totally lost after 10 days, my business contact telephone number of 15 years gone forever, my telephone lost, my payments lost. It ended in a charade with me trying to cancel my automatic payment from my credit card and a "rep" claiming he had to have a telephone number or phone serial # to access my account but I had neither because they had lost both! My old tele # didn't show. In the meantime, they were still billing my card. To heap insult, a rep told me that I would have to pay twice for the month of November because the new phone (if I ever got it) had a different serial number and the minutes purchased 10 days after they had my phone were for the previous phone.

When, 16 days into what I was told would be a 3 day process, I was told that my tele # of 15 years was gone despite all assurances that it was safe, my phone itself was in parts unknown and that I was going to get to pay double for the above but with no phone or service, I went ballistic.

I've been around but this was the worst customer service experience in my life, a total disaster. These people don't care.

I'm going month to month with a major, it will cost a few bucks more a month but I never want to hear from this disastrous excuse for a business again.
